Is there a trial?
Yes. Each new organisation gets 14 days of the Business plan. No card is required to start.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your evidence and incident history are kept. Modules outside your new plan become unavailable until re-enabled — nothing is deleted automatically.
Are paid plans activated automatically?
No. A paid subscription is only activated after a confirmed payment.
