The problem

Security work is scattered across too many places.

Compliance lives in spreadsheets. Vendor reviews sit in inboxes. Incidents are tracked in chat threads. Nobody can say, with confidence, what's open and who owns it.

No single view of risk

Findings from audits, monitoring and developers never meet, so priorities are set by whoever shouts loudest.

Ownership falls through the cracks

Without owners and due dates, remediation stalls and the same issues reappear at every review.

Audit time becomes a scramble

Evidence is spread across drives and email, and reconstructing who did what takes weeks.

Client environments blur together

Service providers juggle many customers with tools that were never designed to keep them apart.

Connected findings

Every module feeds one register.

A weak DMARC policy, an unpatched dependency and an overdue vendor review land in the same queue, with the same owners, due dates, comments and history.

Detect

Modules record observations with provenance. Repeat observations update the existing finding rather than creating duplicates.

Assign

Each finding gets a severity, an owner from your organisation and a due date. The owner is notified.

Remediate

Track status from Open to Resolved. Accepting a risk or marking a false positive requires a written reason.

Prove

Every change is recorded in an append-only history — ready for your next review or audit.

AI governance

Your team already uses AI. Govern it without another tool.

Assess against ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI RMF, ask suppliers how they use your data in AI, and get staff to sign an Acceptable AI Use policy.

How AI governance works

Security architecture

A security product should be secure by design.

StrikeWard is built so that one customer can never see another's data. It's enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface.

  • Tenant isolation

Every record carries its organisation, and the database checks verified membership on each request.

  • Role-based permissions

Owner, Admin, Analyst and Viewer roles — checked separately from what your plan includes.

  • Audit trail

Membership, role, invitation and finding changes are recorded and can't be edited from the app.

Questions, answered plainly.

Does StrikeWard certify that we are compliant?

No. StrikeWard helps you assess and track your readiness against frameworks such as the Essential Eight. It never declares an organisation compliant or certified — that remains the job of an independent assessor.

How is our data kept separate from other customers?

Every record belongs to one organisation, and the database itself checks your membership on every read and write. Access isn't filtered in the browser; it is enforced underneath it.

Can an MSP manage several clients?

Yes. The MSP plan includes up to five separate client organisations. Each one is its own isolated workspace — access to one never grants access to another.

Do you scan our networks or systems?

StrikeWard only performs non-invasive, read-only checks on domains you have verified you own — such as DNS, email authentication, TLS certificates and security headers. It does not port scan or attempt exploitation.

What happens if we downgrade or cancel?

Your evidence and incident history are retained. Modules outside your plan become unavailable until re-enabled, but nothing is deleted automatically.

Is there a free trial?

Every new organisation starts with a 14-day trial of the Business plan. No card is required to start. Our first 19 founding organisations get free access for 3 months before moving to a paid plan.
